FAQ

  • Every design starts as an original print or painting before it's made into a cushion, throw, rug or piece of apparel. Pieces are made in small batches rather than mass-produced, so once something sells out, it may not come back in the same run.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide via An Post. with the exception of our rugs. If you're ordering from outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes on arrival are the customer's responsibility.

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery across the collection. Apparel: unworn, with tags attached. Homewares (cushions, throws): unused and in original packaging. Rugs cannot be exchanged or returned as they are custom preorder items. No exchanges, delivery costs not refunded.

  • Items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-order pieces carry a 20% restocking fee.

  • Cushions: Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low, warm iron if needed.

    Rugs: Vacuum regularly. Blot spills immediately. Professional cleaning only. Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture. Do not wash, bleach or iron.

    Wool Sprouts will appear in the first few months of your rugs life, this is normal for a hand tufted wool rug. Simply clip these pieces and do not pull. They will eventually stop once your rug has settled.

    Throws: Dry clean recommended. If hand washing, cold water only, do not wring, do not bleach, iron on low heat.
